    Turtle Beach Headset Sound Connection Issue PLEASE HELP!


    I'm having the same problem. The TV has three "audio in" sets of red and white AVI slots, but there's no game audio if I plug into them. I'm assuming I need an "audio out" set of red and white AVI jacks, but the TV doesn't seem to have any. Please help?

    X12's are compatible with Xbox 360,but you'll need a R/L RCA Audio Adapter,which you can pick up cheap on ebay

    headphone issue

    To me it sound like an issue with the headset itself. I am fairly sure the wire connections for game sound and voice sound on Turtle Beach headsets are different so this may be why you get voice sound through both ear cups and only game sound through one,
    I would head over to the Turtle Beach site and contact them regarding the issue.

    The reason you wont get any game sound through your standard Xbox 360 headset is because it is only compatible for voice chat.

    So, you have already tried the steps in that support page on the Turtle Beach website? Can you elaborate on what happened when you tried to use the Xox 360 Audio Adapter Cable shown in that post?



    I'm curious, because that "dongle" is the part that is used to connect your model headset to audio from your console when a connection to your television isn't available.



    Let us know what your results were when you tried the Turtle Beach steps.
