Turtle beach headset not working

    hello, first time using this. just bought a new hd tv and now my turtlebeaches are not working. shows that it is connected but no sound coming through. worked fine yesterday on old tv.

    Turtle Beach x12 Headset Does Not Receive Audio

    Turtle Beaches currently are not compatible with the Xbox One.

    Turtle Beach are working on making Xbox one headsets.

    Turtle beach headset not working

    What kind of tv/beaches are you using? How are they connected?

    I've also encountered sets that require a setting to be switched for the audio out to work, that could be something to check.

    Having Audio Issues on 2 consoles connected to the same account.

    Also to add, the headsets i'm using are a Turtle Beach Recon Chat White headset and a Turtle Beach Stealth 450. Both of which work on other sources.

    get the polk audio headsets when they come out 2/1 designed to work with games. they look way better than the turtle beach headsets and who the heck knows when turtle beach and ms will get together to get the old headsets to work as intended.

    2. ANY items such as the Turtle Beach system you may own now will not work with Xbox ONE. Turtle Beach is coming out with a new headset though.
