    Hey MisterMoo thanks for keeping us in the loop!

    The Soft Factory Reset doesn't interfere with the games and apps since it will only clears the caches and removes the accounts. This step also pushes any updates available through but it is however
    VERY IMPORTANT to select the Reset and keep my games & apps
    option. Follow this link on Soft Factory Resets and let us know if we can further assist
    with this or any other matter!

    So I did the reset today and it seemed like it worked but it was only for a few minutes. Back to the drawing board. I was able to make a voice message and search with Cortana, but I walked away for a while and came back and it didn't work. Never received
    any message to update the controller either.

    Hey there, mowgliwashere. If the issue occurs when you use your Turtle Beach headsets but not your Microsoft headset then it would point to an issue with your Turtle Beach sets. You might want to try primarily using your MS headset if possible. Thanks!
