    Turtle Beach Headset Help


    I have an X12 headset and an Xbox One. The headset worked great with my 360 but it won't work with my one. I think the problem is that there is no audio out jack on the back of my current tv. Is there any work around for this without buying extra equipment?

    Turtle Beach Headset Help

    I don't think there is a work around. I had to go out and buy a new Turtle Beach headset for my XBOX ONE. Although the one I had before I bought the new one, kind of broke, so I was looking for a new one. And luckily the mixer had the same end as my new
    TB so I was able to keep the mixer connected to the back of my 360, so I am able to use the headset with both.

    Hopefully you can find a work around, but I highly doubt there is one.

    Turtle Beach x12 Headset Does Not Receive Audio

    Turtle Beaches currently are not compatible with the Xbox One.

    Turtle Beach are working on making Xbox one headsets.

    I would add that if the Turtle Beach headset is wireless, then the receiver should be unplugged from the USB in order for the headset to properly reset. This usually happens with Triton, but it does occasionally do this with Turtle Beach. Hope this helps!
