Turtle beach headphones

Discus and support Turtle beach headphones in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; we are new to x box and have bought my son one for Christmas.     we are new to x box and have bought my son one for Christmas. We are trying to use the headphones but can,t find the setting in the menu to set them up. In the devise menu under controller, the volume option just has buzz as an option and we can,t change
    it. Can anyone help.

    Invest in some headphones. I recommend X12 Ear Force by Turtle Beach.
