TURTLE BEACH ELITE 800X microphone issue (FORTNITE & ROBLOX)

Hi I have 2 TURTLE BEACH elite 800X headsets, every time I try to use the microphone to speak in party mode I cannot be heard? Both headsets are perfect, the microphone's work, as I can hear when I move my hand over them.

This issue is with FORTNITE & ROBLOX , does anyone else have this problem OR have I not done something in the settings?

I would appreciate it if you could help me out with this.

Chat mixer dissapeared

is it in settings now cause mine did that also and i found it in settings when i synced my Turtle beach elite 800x for 100% wireless or maybe cause i also have settings on a phone app for turtle beach.

Since this is a third party accessory for use with Xbox One I would recommend contacting the manufacturer of the headset itself and see if they have more information or steps for their devices? Does the controller itself work with any test headsets or is
