Turtle Beach Ear Force 200 not working

CLICK ME for a link to the quick start guide supplied with the headset. This gives detailed steps in
charging and setting up the headset with console. I assume you have followed these steps carefully?

Also, have you checked your controller is fully updated(WHILE HEADSET IS CONNECTED)?

I tried all those settings, even the Dolby Atmos thing. None of it worked. So it's either a faulty pair of headphones or a faulty controller. I am doing this so I can start streaming on Xbox, if that makes a difference

If you want to hear Game and/or Party chat with that headset then I think you will need to connect it to your Xbox One controller 3.5mm headset jack. Upon checking the monitor specs I see it has no headset output so I guess you meant you were using that
monitor on your console.

Check your console System - Settings - General - Volume & Audio output section, make sure that Using HDMI or optical audio headset box is unchecked and select the desired Headset format (note: Dolby Atmos for Headphones requires a one-time purchase).

You might have a controller with a faulty headphone 3.5mm jack (it seems to be a common issue). If so, then you'll either need to get another controller or try buying the Stereo Headset Adapter.

Ya know what, I didn't get a quick start guide in the box of my headset... I had no idea such a headset needed to be charged. But I gave it a quick charge for a few minutes and it worked.... I kinda feel dumb right now! XD
