    Turtle Beach disconnects me from LIVE?


    I have the Turtle Beach x32's and I'm using them for game audio, (until I get the chat adapter) but anyways it has a usb plug to I guess power the dual band wifi thing to power the headset, and anyways long story short, whenever I plug the usb into my xbox
    one for audio, it will randomly disconnect me from xbox live. Any fixes/help would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks Turtle Beach disconnects me from LIVE? :)

    wireless mic disconnects from xbox live, loses wnic

    What kind of microphone are you using? Turtle beaches? Turtle beaches are known to disconnect users from Xbox live sometimes (when USB is plugged in)

    Getting disconnected of Xbox live if I don't do anything for approximately 2 minutes

    I have a new generation Xbox and I use a wireless connection. I also have wireless X41 Turtle beach headsets. When my turtle beaches and the turtle beach unit is of, it never disconnects. But as soon as my headset turns off but the unit is still on, it
    disconnects me off Live. Very frustrating if you are in the middle of an online match. Any suggestions for me?

    Is the headset compatible with the Xbox One? If not then that will be the issue. You may not be able to use it until you get the adapter.

    Well it works with the game audio fine, but I'm not sure.. what I'm doing right now though, is that I have the usb plugged into my 360 and I can still hear the game audio, but the only thing is that if it would still work with chat even though it's not plugged
    into the one. I guess I'll just have to wait and see, but thanks for the answer Turtle Beach disconnects me from LIVE? :)

    What I mean is when you purchased the headset did it say on the packaging that it was compatible with the Xbox One? If not then you will need to get the adapter to make it work properly.

    Having the same problem. Tried moving the RF Base away and still have issues. Can't stay connected online for more than 10 minutes and party chats are impossible. Streaming also suffers greatly.

    I was dealing with the same issue with my X31 and running Xbox wireless. When I have my X31 RF Adaptor about 2 to 3 ft away from my Xbox everything has been working well. Anything closer it would disconnect me. So keep the adaptor as far away as possible.
    Hence the long cords. The wireless frequency must interupt each other if they are too close. Thus disconnecting you from Xbox Live.

    I initially tried the X11s but I didn't like the wired ones trailing all across the room.

    Why does connection fail/suffer if I plug my headphones in?
