Turtle Beach Audio Controller not working with Series X Controller

I am starting up a new forum on this issue because it needs to be fixed. This has been a known issue since November 2020.

The Turtle Beach Audio Controller Plus (and the regular Turtle beach audio controller) does NOT work properly on the new Series X controller. The TB audio controller works fine, however, on the old Xbox One X Controller.

On the new Series X controller (the one that came with the Series X console), the game/chat mixer on the turtle beach audio controller straight up does not work. Only the master volume on the right side of the audio controller works.

Here is the only solution as of right now that I've found, and these steps have to be repeated EVERY SINGLE time the controller turns off.

1) Plug in the TB audio controller to the Series X controller

2) Plug in your 3.5mm headset

3) Re-sync the controller with the xbox

4) Re-sync it again. Sometimes it takes 2-3 times

5) Eventually, the mixer on the turtle beach audio controller should start working.

This is only a temporary fix. Every time the controller turns off, you have to do this process all over again.

This tells me that this is a bug that can be patched on Microsoft's end. I have no clue why this is taking so long to fix, as the issue has been known since November 2020.

Please fix this Microsoft. After spending $500+ on a new console, I'd like to be able to use the controller that came with it with my audio mixer of choice.

Also, if anyone has a solution I am not aware of, please let me know.
