Turtle beach 800x no system/game audio *voice chat works

is it in settings now cause mine did that also and i found it in settings when i synced my Turtle beach elite 800x for 100% wireless or maybe cause i also have settings on a phone app for turtle beach.

Thanks for reaching out! I only used the sound bar to check if the transmitter was receiving the optical signal and allowing it through.

I have tried without the sound bar.

Based on your screenshot, I'm pretty sure you have the actual settings set up correctly however I think how you have the cables connected and where could be the issue. Audio output channels don't normally travel over USB connections, but rather HDMI or optical
connections. If your soundbar uses optical for audio, then you will have to use either the headset or the sound bar separately since they both use the same connection. The connection should go from the optical "Out" port on the Xbox to the optical "In" port
on the headset transmitter and that's it. The audio seems to be affected when you plug another optical cable from the "Out" port on the transmitter to the "In" port on the soundbar.

Unplug the optical cable from the headset transmitter and the soundbar and leave the cable from the headset to the Xbox. Keep the set up simple. Do you get game and chat audio when just the transmitter and Xbox are properly connected? Here is a setup guide

Open Chat mixer and make sure that the Mute all other sounds isn't checked (I use Do nothing on my consoles).

There is also an option missing in your Headset audio section which you need to check if you are "Using a headset that uses HDMI or optical audio out". The part in quote marks in last sentence is the missing option. Try changing to Windows Sonic for Headphones
to see if that adds the missing option. If it still doesn't show up then maybe try changing HDMI audio to Bitstream out too.

Check the Game volume on your headset left ear cup. If that is all the way down then you won't hear game sounds. Chat volume is adjusted on the right ear cup.
