Turns on, has connection but won't sync!

Alright, so last night my xbox turned off in the middle of a game without any physical prompt! I tried to turn it back on but it refused, so I unplugged it for a few seconds then reconnected and it started up, it took a minute for everything to sync up but
it ran fine; for about 15 minutes and then it shut itself off again!

I unplugged it and left it overnight. I plugged it back in but now my profile won't sync! It show's that I'm signed into Xbox Live but all my game data associated with it won't load! I tested the network connection and thats not the issue, when I go to view
my profile it says "That didn't work. Sorry, give it another try." This is infuriating! I can't do anything online, not even chat with my friends or view the store!

Xbox front light won't turn on and controllers won't sync

So my Xbox was working fine yesterday and today I wake up and try to play it but the light won't turn on. The Xbox turns on fine but controllers won't sync. Is this because the front light won't turn on? Does it mean it's fried? The front power and
disc drive open buttons work but it will not let me sync my controllers. This has happened a few times before and sometimes just goes away but this one has not and I would like to fix it.

Xbox 360 help/fix

So my Xbox 360, I can turn it on and see it on my tv screen and everything..but the green light some times doesn't light up & my controller won't sync but my controller can turn on But even when the light turns on my controller still won't sync help?

Try logging out of your profile and then log back in. Once you have done that test it and see if it is working. If that doesn't work then remove your profile from the console and then reload it. Let us know how it goes. Good Luck!!

Well, some how the problem fixed itself. I left it alone for about an hour and it seems to have worked itself out; though it did prompt me to imput my password. Still, thanks for your help.

If you turn off the "Connect with Xbox Live" in the phone settings, under applications the achievements won't sync until it has been turned back on. So you can continue playing your phone games

Having a similar issue myself. Recently got 20th anniversary controller. My son changed the batteries and it won't work now. It'll turn on the console but won't control anything.

I synced it with my phone and it works. After that, I re-synced it with the console. It appears to sync, but no functionality. Won't show up as a connected device either.

Update: I just got it to work. Multiple re-sync attempts and leaving the console unplugged for about ten min.

My sync button turns off my Xbox one X and won't connect any controllers.

When controllers do connect they disconnect and flash.
