    Turns on but wont power up


    The box turns on but wont actually power up. The white light comes on at the front but it makes no noise and wont pair up with any controller. It does not display anything on the screen either. The box eventually turns itself off.

    I have tried all leads and have left it days before tuning back on again. It sound like the hard drive / fan are not kicking in.

    Its not even two years old and has barely been used.

    I'm losing my s***. I can't get to communicate with anyone at Microsoft / Xbox support. I've been trying for weeks and I'm so furious. The website goes round in circles. I cant connect to anyone for live chat. There is no number to call for UK support.
    I've tried to connect to xbox 'gamers' for answers but there is never anyone available or I just don't get connected to anyone. What do I do? How do I get to speak to someone from Microsoft about this?

    Please Help!!!!

    troubleshoot wizard for blank screen. Please be sure to try all of these
    and let us know. If still having issue not seeing anything you may want to think on getting the console repaired. You can set one up on the

    Updates but doesn't progress!

    I'm having the same issue. Whenever my xbox turn off it wont turn off so that means no restarting to finish the update. even if i unplug and and get it to start then power it off myself it still wont turn on unless i unplug it and plug it back up
