turning self off

Hi my xbox one turns on then shuts down within 2 seconds I've tried everything to get it back in working order but nothing works and I've seen online its a common problem so need help thanks.

Turning its self off

my Xbox kept turning its self off, bought a new power pack from Advice that that could be the problem, it fixed it for about a week and now has reverted back to turning its self off somtimes even before its get to the main screen after a few try's of signing
in its stays on... And advice on what else it could be ?? Also my back screen has become blurred and pixelated ..... Any advice on that would also be helpful!

 

new update

seen I did the new update for the dashboard my xbox is turning off by it self and kicking me from parties when I play a game. Also my controllers are turning off and on by it self

 

Hey there. If you've gone through all of the steps here:
support.xbox.com/.../console-turns-off-unexpectedly you may need a repair. Make sure you run through the Troubleshoot your Power Supply thoroughly, and make sure your console is plugged directly into the wall, not a power strip.

Some power strips have that master on/ off port I would not plug into those plugs. Don't plug Xbox into home theater system plug or cable box plug. Also change the toggle in the power on settings in Xbox. I had quirky problems using toggle mode. Pick on
or off if possible or do nothing. I have a friend who had similar problem with old theatre system because it was slow to load the video signal when powering up. So Xbox wouldn't see re tv signal and thought the tv was off and it would shut down. Especially
when you have the auto off function enabled in Xbox.

 

Here are some other threads involving similar issues, I think we're narrowing the problem down to specific microsoft accounts (ones which were actively signed in while updating to NXOE), but so far I have found no surefire solutions.
