Turning off Turtle Beach T.A.C. when console is off?

Hey there Mr A F1Zzle,

If you look in the Power & startup settings you should see an option to turn off external external storage. It's called "When Xbox is off, turn off storage" Make sure this is unchecked. By doing that, it'll turn off any USB device connected to the console.

Hey there, I don't believe there is a way to make this happen, as it is being powered though the USB cables. I've always just kept my transmitter plugged in.

We have split this thread from the Original Thread so we can further assist with the latest information. We have seen this issue before it seems like there might be an issue going on with the OS of the console so we suggest a reset of the console

the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

As for your lag (with the headset turned off) does it still happen when wired to the router and wired to the modem?

i called and got it fixed..a lot of people with turtle beach are having problem... unplug the receiver for turtle beach and move it away from xbox.... clear cache 2 times turn off then on... should work...lemme know
