so I shut my Xbox off ran to the store an when I get back an turn it on it brings up a screen I've never seen. Like u would see if it was the first time u turned it on. My account my gamer tag everything account for games it's all gone. I've never had
to mess with it an the email everything is set up under is no longer in use. I have no clue what to do or what even went wrng. Not to sound like a total nerd but I've put in way to much time to have it erased. Can anyone help me plz.

Lost code for The division

Hi.

I did not only restarted the console, but i restarted the whole system, so that i had to set up the whole console again, just like when i turned it on for the first time.

Sorry, i should be more specific the first time.

Xbox One no longer prompts TV to change input

Hey guys,

The first time I turned on my Xbox One my tv asked if I wanted to switch to that HDMI input. This is what it did every time I turned my 360 on as well. However, after that first time I turned it on, it has never prompted me to do so again. Is this an xbox
setting or did the Xbox One change a setting on my LG tv? It is just easier/quicker to hit "okay" instead of going through the inputs and finding the HDMI input the Xbox One is on every time I power on. Any help is greatly appreciated.

All i did was turn my xbox off the turnd it back on. But the first time i did it my remote did not work to turn my system on.

The worst part about giving advice around here is when the OP fails to follow up. Whether or not our comments made a difference, the least they could do is check back in or update the thread. That way, if a similar problem occurs for anybody else, they *might*
just benefit from hearing how the problem got resolved. (sigh)

I'd take it back to Wal-Mart. It doesn't install any updates until after that green screen. No sense messing about, just exchange it if the hard reset doesn't fix it.
