    turned on Xbox, games gone, storage used


    I turned on my Xbox to play a game, but found that many of my games were deleted, and many of them aren't showing up in the "Ready to Install" tab under "Games and Apps" on the Xbox One. I didn't delete them and found that man you of them disappeared. Then
    I took a look at my storage (I have a 1-3ish TB external hardrive), and it said 91.5% used. The last time I saw how much was used it was 20-30% used. Now I only have 30.9GB left. I'd like to know what happened, or if my account was signed into a different
    Xbox, anyone please advise, thank you.

    Just turned on my new Xbox One and went to system storage and was ticked when I saw a quarter of the space gone without ANYTHING installed yet. Shameful.

    How to Turn Off Xbox One Cloud

    The Cloud is a permanent option on the Xbox One console and cannot be turned off. It is used as a secondary storage for your game saves in case you lose them on the console.

    I need help, FAST.

    If your data is gone, then it's gone. USB sticks are terrible for Xbox 360 storage. USB Drives on the other hand, are great, depending on which brand you use.

    If the storage got corrupted, there will be no other thing to do unless formatting. Rest assured that you will not lose your Xbox profile gamerscore or games. The games will need to be downloaded again, but you will not lose the games' license, gamerscore, progress, etc...

    No way to get your saves back..

    You'll need to get it replaced, or if you still have warranty call support and get it replaced.
