    *URGENT!* System Update Stuck/Frozen!

    I had this and thought my xbox froze so I turned it off and now it's stuck on the green loading screen and will not load at all.

    Xbox One Stuck on the Green "Xbox ONe" Screen. After playing some Halo 5.

    So after playing some Halo 5 I turned off the console and when I turned it back on it got stuck on the green screen. It's been like that for over 6 hours. I already turned it off and unplugged the power cable for about 30 mins and it still stuck.

    A little help please.

    Turned off xbox, unplugged, stuck at green screen now.

    As stated from the xbox support first check out this troubleshooter for System Update issues:

    support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-solution

    and select the option for "I'm experiencing a startup issues"

    Be sure to run through all the steps there including the Offline System Update Diagnostic tool. If none of that works a repair for your console is going to be your best next option.

    I have the same issue. Have it all packed up and shipping it out tomorrow after work. Luckily I'm still under warranty but a 4 month old system shouldn't have this problem.

    I have the same issue. Have it all packed up and shipping it out tomorrow after work. Luckily I'm still under warranty but a 4 month old system shouldn't have this problem.

    Live TV APP Freezes After Navigating Menu

    The issue has now escalated. After Live TV freezes or the error is show console will completely turn off.

    Turning on produces a green xbox one screen only available if power adapter unplugged. Normal shut off/restart skips this process after it has been turned on.
