    Turned off Auto-Renew but you keep taking money out of my account.


    I'm using Xbox 360 and I used to pay for Xbox Live - Gold. But because of some money issues and at home events, I've had to cancel my subscription. Over 2 weeks ago, I canceled my auto-renew subscription but you continue to take money out of my account to
    give me xbox live after countless times of checking to make sure you turned off the payments. I have also tried removing my card and getting an error. Is there anyway you can cancel or fix this, and possibly give a refund for at least the last payment?

    Okay, microsoft is taking money off my mothers bank card and i do not have a clue why i did not put auto renew membership you are taking it off for no reason.!

    Keep in mind, if you purchase a live subscription, auto renewal will be turned on unless you call to have it turned off. If the card runs out of money and can't be charged your account can be suspended.

    Er, I'm sorry? Where in my account settings does it actually tell me to CALL Microsoft to switch off my auto renewal? If there is an option that says "TURN OFF AUTOMATIC RENEWAL" on this site then it should turn off automatic renewal. That is absolutely
    ridiculous.

    Also, I was not provided any sort of service from Microsoft for this money being taken out of my account, making this null and void. Automatic renewal was turned off via an option on this website, so I have no obligation to pay for a service just as they
    had no obligation to give me a service while taking my money.

    THERE IS NO TURN OFF AUTO RENEWAL OPTION ANYMORE ON THIS DAMN WEBSITE. ive tried turning it off numerous times and now it won't even click on my account cuz it just says oops you have found glitch every damn time and since i wasnt able to turn off auto renewal
    when my credit card ran out of money it kept trying to charge it! so now my account is suspended and i cant do crap becuase microsoft is just a bunch of greedy money horders. no respect

    Yes, you can turn off auto-renewal by going on to your Xbox account online. Click "my account" And then it says "Automatic Renewal: On (Change)" Click change and you can turn auto renewal off. :)
