    Just had the same issue happen, it seems the dashboard fails to launch.... Not sure how to fix though. Waiting on a call back from Xbox.

    Be sure that it is plugged directly into an outlet instead of a power strip.

    To reset the internal power supply, follow these steps:

    1. Unplug the power cord from the console.
    2. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button  on the front of the console.

    I have no clue of what he/she means but my after the update yesterday morning my system has not fully came on properly, the HDMI input on my tv is not picking up,and also the power light on my Xbox one S just pulses then shuts off after like 30 seconds i
    have attempted the hard reset but no bueno, there is no 2nd chime at all, i have unplugged everything even used a different TV same results ,ofcourse its passed The warranty so Xbox give no cares about my issue so im reaching out to the community. Any ideas?
