    Turn On Xbox - Not Connected to Xbox Live (again)


    Every time I turn my X1 on it will not connect to Xbox Live.

    I click the "connect to live" box and it does nothing, so I have to turn the console off and then turn on again, and then it says I am not signed in when I have selected to be automatically signed in when I boot up.

    Why does this keep happening?

    How do I stay on Xbox Live if my Xbox 360 is turned off

    When I am connected to Xbox Live and I decide to turn off my Xbox and turn it back on, then I am disconnected from Xbox Live. Is there a way to stay connected to Xbox Live permanently even if I turn off my Xbox. For instance when my Xbox downloaded an update,
    it had to restart to apply it, but when it restarted it was disconnected from Xbox Live. Please help.

    Xbox loading really slow.

    So when i turn my xbox on it loads REALLY slowly, But when i'm not connected to xbox live it loads fine :S,

    Any idea how to fix this?

    DemonizedDevil,

    Have you removed your profile from the console,
    power cycled     and then added your profile back? The sign out and sign in trick is only a temporary fix for some.

    The above is correct. No worries no contents will be deleted on the console. Its just a way to refresh the account on it when you download it back

    What would it mean when you tried to select my profile, and a message comes up and says that didn't work? (I also am unable to get on my xbox live for my xbox one, but my 360 is also hooked up and my live account there is fine.)

    If that's an issue lets reset the console but lets keep the games installed to it. Keep the thread updated thanks.

    Reset the console? What more are you talking of beyond turning it off and on? Maddening that until a couple months ago, both live accounts were working fine the Xbox one and the 360?

    Yes reset the console Settings - system - console info & updates - reset - Reset and keep my games & apps.

    If you do not feel comfortable with this option you can go
