    hi,

    I have a xbox one x since yesterday and have following problem. It is not possible to turn on the console with the controller. If i push the home button of the controller and the controller will go on, but the console not. If I turn on the console at the
    console the controller works fine.

    At turning of the console with the controller the console go off but the controller stay on. I tried already to reset the console and set it up new and I have also resynced the controller but nothing helped.

    Thank you in advance for your help.

    Have you tried to
    connect     the controller to the console again?

    EDIT: ooops, I just read that you have solved, as not said ;)

    Ok the problem is solved with a complete shutdown of the console (press power button 10 seconds). After this everythink works fine.

    Ho una xbox una x da ieri e ho un problema successivo.
    Non è possibile accendere la console con il controller.
    Se premo il tasto home del controller e controller andr avanti, ma la console no.
    Se accendo la console sulla console, il controller funziona correttamente.

    Alla svolta della console con il controller la console si spegne ma il controller rimane acceso.
    Ho provato gi un console e un controller di nuovo e ho anche reinciso il controller, ma nulla è stato di aiuto.

    Grazie in anticipo per il tuo aiuto.
    Prova a vedere se ci sono aggiornamenti per il pad di Xbox

    I've seen this a couple of times with my Gen 2 comtroller and I've been able to solve it each time by removing the batteries, wait a bit, reinstall the batteries and turning the controller back on again.
