Discus and support TURN ON AUTO RENEWAL? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I turned off auto renewal last week to be greeted with no more sales adverts,so this week I brought a pre paid 12 months and still tells me to renew?....     TURN ON AUTO RENEWAL?


    I turned off auto renewal last week to be greeted with no more sales adverts,so this week I brought a pre paid 12 months and still tells me to renew?. Looked up the support pages and when I go to subscriptions on my account I don't get the link telling
    me "click here to auto renewal". So far seems the only way to get sales adverts to appear will be to pay again through the dashboard,don't get me wrong I can still buy the discount games just there not being advertised....anyone else had this problem?.

    Turn on auto renewal?

    Having auto renew turned on or off does not affect adverts for deals on the dashboard.

    Have you tried rebooting your console,clearing your cache etc?

    Turn on auto renewal?

    Its been like it for over a week now,I've just noticed that if I don't sign in the deals are advertised but as soon as I sign in ,just says "stay gold renew now".

    TURN ON AUTO RENEWAL?

    There used to be an option for this on the website but since it's update the feature is gone. I tried looking for it myself. I think the only way to turn it back on is to call support now. If you need to call them the number is 1-800-469-9269 US/Canada.

    Having a prepaid card should not affect what's showing as far as game discounts. I've always used a prepaid card and they've always shown for me. Keep in mind though that the dashboard does refresh each time you turn it on, so it may be possible that they
    just haven't been up there a couple of times. They should also show when you go to Browse Games.

    Auto renew.

    I've always only used prepaid cards and it's never turned on auto-renew. There's nothing for it to charge for an auto-renew so it shouldn't turn it on.

    Actually, if you still have auto-renewal turned on, it will automatically renew at the family plan pricing. If you have auto-renewal turned off, then yes, you will have to purchase individual subscriptions.

    Anytime you purchase Live through Xbox it will turn on auto renewal until you turn it off. If you dont want to turn on auto renewal, use a prepaid card.

    starting a trial will turn on auto-renew subscription. If you don't turn auto-renew off before the trial ends, you will be charged for a new subscription.

    Make sure you have auto-renew turned off. Go to settings > account > subscriptions > turn off auto-renew.
