    Turn on auto renewal?


    I took auto renewal off a week ago and to my surprise my Xbox won't advertise sales deals anymore. So I brought a prepaid 12 months and still no advertised game sales and there's nowhere I can find under subscriptions to turn it back on. The only way in
    the past to turn it on was to purchase 12months through the dashboard. how do I get it back on so i can see the deals?....seriously can't believe you gotta stay auto signed up to be able to see what deals are available,don't get me wrong you can still buy
    the games but m$ won't tell me about them unless I'm on auto renewal....anyone else had this problem?.

    TURN ON AUTO RENEWAL?

    Having a prepaid card should not affect what's showing as far as game discounts. I've always used a prepaid card and they've always shown for me. Keep in mind though that the dashboard does refresh each time you turn it on, so it may be possible that they
    just haven't been up there a couple of times. They should also show when you go to Browse Games.

    Turn on auto renewal?

    Having auto renew turned on or off does not affect adverts for deals on the dashboard.

    Have you tried rebooting your console,clearing your cache etc?

    as soon as I turned it off the home page had and still has got a picture of 360 controller telling me to renew?

    ..ill try the cache.

    When i say reboot i mean unplugging from the mains for a few minutes.

    Have you also tried resetting your router?

    Cache didn't work still says renew?...the subscription support page didn't help either,its got a picture of the page and next to what subscription you have enabled it says click here to turn back on but my page doesn't say that its just blank?...i used a
    prepaid card from cdkeys.com if that's any help.

    Its been like it for over a week now,I've just noticed that if I don't sign in the deals are advertised but as soon as I sign in ,just says "stay gold renew now".

    Also the service alert has been on for me for weeks close to 3 weeks probably.

    Service alert has gone but still got home page telling me to renew....gotta admit im not surprised this is MS im talking about......

    Auto renew.

    I've always only used prepaid cards and it's never turned on auto-renew. There's nothing for it to charge for an auto-renew so it shouldn't turn it on.

    Actually, if you still have auto-renewal turned on, it will automatically renew at the family plan pricing. If you have auto-renewal turned off, then yes, you will have to purchase individual subscriptions.

    Anytime you purchase Live through Xbox it will turn on auto renewal until you turn it off. If you dont want to turn on auto renewal, use a prepaid card.

    starting a trial will turn on auto-renew subscription. If you don't turn auto-renew off before the trial ends, you will be charged for a new subscription.
