    I activated my gift card in TUR store, but cannot buy the game because cannot process my payment, I have 50 Turkish liras on my balance, the game costs 49. I want to buy Naruto storm 4:Boruto game. Help me, how can I solve this issue?

    I tried to make a purchase from the console and using the website on my phone and PC. Unsuccessfully, the payment does not pass, although the balance allows. I already had the purchase of games using gift cards, everything was always successfully bought.
