    It seems to me that you're having a simple hardware problem. If your console is one of the original XBOX 360's please follow the information given on this page:

    support.xbox.com/.../three-flashinglights

    As a quick diagnostic, are there any odd hissing or humming sounds from the adapter when it is plugged in and in use? If so, the hardware may have failed. If your console is under warranty please contact XBOX repair services at service.xbox.com and they
    may be able to replace the part. If not, you may need to purchase a replacement yourself either from the Microsoft store, or at a local retailer.

    Hi LadyDi,

    Thanks for the reply! No worries about sounding silly. There are no silly questions! If you're referring to the blue links, then you'd simply click them and they would open up the particular article containing the troubleshooting steps to follow.

    Another reason that you may be getting a black screen is that there is possibly something going on with a system update not completing or installing incorrectly on your console. Have you received any error messages that begin with an "E" at any time prior
    to the occurrence? If so, you'll want to use our wizard for that which is the Xbox One System Update Solution. It will take you step by step to
    determine what is going on.

    I hope that this helps a bit more and feel free to reply for clarification, or at any time, and we'd be glad to further assist you as needed.

    Thank you for your help. I don't know if it worked or not. I trying what you said and nothing happen. But I left it unplug for couple hours and it seems to be working fine now. Thank you again for your time
