Tuner not showing all channels

Discus and support Tuner not showing all channels in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hey i just bought a tv tuner in Denmark and now it doesnt allow me to see all channels like the tv.     Hey i just bought a tv tuner in Denmark and now it doesnt allow me to see all channels like the tv. Like on the tv i can watch comedy Channel but through xbox it says the Channel is crypted. Plz help me Best regards Ronni

    I have my oneguide set to hide duplicate SD channels but every time I choose to watch a match from the app it tunes the SD channel. The channels it's tuning to are not even showing in oneguide since they are hidden.

    TV Tuner for XB1 for Romania

    Hi

    I bought this TV tuner in order to access my channels on both tv and XB1. But first i try to set up directly: i plug tv cable into tuner and the tuner into USB port, then I setup my area ( i use the ZIP code from UK which i use it to make purchases from
    Store) then i run search channels. XB1 found 30-40 channels but when i tick live tv from one guide is showing me only a blank screen. I randomly choose a uk provider when i setup tuner.

    Could you please give me a workaround for this issue. I know the tuner should work for sure as per other people opinions.

    Same issue here. Noticed it yesterday evening, all channels are gone with the OTA USB Tuner. Xbox One scans the channels but that's it.

    TV Tuner One Guide problems

    Have lots of issues with the tuner, I found that by changing from my ota region to digital plus selecting to show all the HD and sd channels improved fixed it (except ITV hd).

    Also having major issues with the USB tuner plugged in and swapping from game to dash to TV (system stalls).

    Very very disappointed in this product. Was supposed to make everything easier not glitchier!

    @smiles in Oz we have ABC iview and channel 10 app and 11 maybe? These function as catchup TV apps. Quite good but I run a twin tuner recorder on my other TV so I can basically record all the shows I miss anyway.

    Hi PCF,

    the tuner supports HD digital terrestrial and cable TV standards: DVB-T2, DVB-T and DVB-C - but only free-to-air channels.

    Do you have a viewing card/smart card for your channels via Sat or Cable? The TV Tuner will not work if the channels are encrypted and require a smartcard to decrypt.
