Trying too connect too the wifi and it says upnp unsuccessful any help ?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

This may mean that you need to manage your router settings, here are the steps:

"1. Sign in to your router’s setup webpage, and make sure the router’s UPnP setting is turned on. You can usually find first-time help with this in the router manual or on the manufacturer’s support site.

2. Turn the UPnP setting off and save your changes.

3. Restart your console, your modem, and your router.

4. Turn the UPnP setting back on and save your changes. If there’s a Zero Config setting, make sure that’s turned on as well.

5. Restart your modem and router."

If you don't have access to your router settings you may need to ask for assistance from your Internet Service Provider.

Im actually connecting my Xboxone to a wifi router called webcube 4 and when I try to abilitate the upnp protocol on it the result I get is a double nat... Anybody can help me?

If all your other devices are WiFi try connecting the console with wired ethernet cable.

You may be getting signal interference.

They are two separate Wifi connections. It will say 2G and 5G. If you have it set up that way. If not then you may be too far away from the modem/router. You can invest in a Wifi Extender to help with connection issues if you are too far.

Have you been able too connect too wireless before? Not all xbox 360 models have wireless the early models do not.

Are you getting any kind of error when you try too connect too your wifi or is it not picking up any hotspots at all.
