We understand that you're having trouble updating your Xbox console. Error code 0x80072EE2 is related to an issue from the latest operating system (OS) update. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

Based on support article, you will need installing system update on your Xbox Console by following steps below:

1. Make sure that your Xbox console is connected to the network by pressing the Xbox button to open the guide, and then selecting Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Test network connection.
   
2. If you’re connected, reboot the console by pressing and holding the Xbox button to open the Power Center, and then selecting Restart console.
   
3. Try taking the update again.
   

If you’re experiencing issues connecting to the Xbox network, try changing between a wired and wireless connection. Find steps here: Troubleshoot your Xbox network connection

If you’re still unable to take the latest OS update, follow the steps for an offline system update: Perform an offline system update

I'm have the same problem but with the October update is there any fix at all I did offline update didn't work and I reseted the xbox kept games and apps and removed the games and apps now I'm stuck in a update. Loop and my only options are "Try again "check internet" "Turn off console any fix?

They are currently closed; you'll need to contact them tomorrow during business hours. 8-5 PST, I think.

but i tried, i cant get in.
