Trying to update my games and they are just sitting in a queue

any one have any idea so it will update

I also bought the preorder in Live India and it is still in my queue. I try to resume installation but after 100% updating the game is not installed. It just stays in the queue as pre purchased

The thing is, nothing is my queue downloads to the 360 even while the system is turned on. It just sits there and my download queue doesn't empty at all. I thought I could start downloads on the web while the 360 was powered off as long as background downloads
were enabled and auto update games was on, it would push the download queue to it while off. Guess that is a xboxone feature. So basically I have to keep my 360 powered on for me to download what's in my queue, then when I power it off, it will keep on downloading
whats in there? That's odd that it works like that.

Still doesn't help me though since nothing is downloading while the 360 is on. What else can I try? Thanks!

The reason for this is because there is a game update that is taking place BEFORE the install takes place. You get no notification of the game update and the progress bar will just sit at 0% and there will be nothing on the download queue. You just need
to wait it out and once the game update is complete the install percentage will begin. Hopefully there will be an update that let 's you monitor game update progress so as not to confuse users thinking that the install is not working.

Does this happen when you try and launch the game? Is their any update sitting in your download queue?

Maybe try a hard reset.

When the console is on. Hold the xbox button on the console for about 5 seconds until it turn off. Then turn it back on. This will start the complete boot cycle and then it might kick start the remaining update if their is any.
