    Trying to uninstall Minecraft Beta for bedrock edition. Xbox insiders won't work.


    I'm currently using the Minecraft Beta for the bedrock edition {On PC}, and I want to leave so I can use Realms again with my friends. One of the first steps to doing so is being able to download Xbox Insiders, and I can't launch the app considering i'm
    not 18 or older. Is there an alternative to leaving Minecraft Beta, or am I stuck with it until the nether update launches? Please help me.

    Minecraft Xbox One Edition

    You will not have to uninstall the Minecraft (Bedrock) as it won't affect the Xbox One Edition of the game. It is basically separate versions.

    Minecraft Bedrock edition on PC, Beta

    I was recently automatically enrolled in the minecraft bedrock edition beta. I did not even know of the xbox insider app before this and now cannot leave the beta. I already unenrolled on the insider app and it said I was successfully unenrolled.
    I uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft and waited over an hour between. With no luck I am still in beta. I then tried to remove it manually in the powershell based on instructions from xbox and that still didn't work. I don't want to be on beta because I
    cannot play with friends who are on ps4 and can't get the beta. I am on PC.

    How to i leave minecraft beta

    inside program, go to minecraft, click on the options, quit beta program. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the game

    The insider program beta for Minecraft is for the newer version of the game. The Xbox One Edition of the game is no longer being updated. It was replaced with Bedrock version which is crossplay enabled between Windows 10, Xbox one, mobile and Nintendo
    Switch.

    Hello there!

    So, I was once in Beta, and you'll need to leave the Beta,

    On Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC, sign in with the account that registered for the Minecraft Beta and launch the Xbox Insider Hub.

    1. Navigate to Insider content > Minecraft (or Minecraft for Windows 10 on PC)
    2. Select Manage.
    3. Use the radio button to select Unenroll (Leave this preview), then select Done.
    4. Wait an additional 30-60 minutes after unenrollment completes (Pending no longer appears in the Xbox Insider Hub).
    5. Uninstall and reinstall Minecraft.
