    Trying to transfer my account to Xbox one from 360


    I forgot my Microsoft password, I went through the reset process and when i had recovered my account it gave me a new gamertag. This gamertag was not synced with my account which has xboxlive and a different gamertag. HELP!!

    I'm trying to transfer my achievements and account data from my Xbox 360 to my Xbox One, and have no clue how to go about doing it. Can anyone help me out?

    Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
    360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.

    Unfortunatly you cannot transfer the world from one account to the other.

    To be able to transfer a world from the 360 version to Xbox one you will need to have the Xbox One edition of the game, then only will you be able to transfer to the newer version, Bedrock Edition. For the same account.

    I did try to transfer it to the cloud, but the final destination was my Xbox One.

    So I didn't do it directly from my 360 to my One.
