    Trying to transfer a game over


    I purchased a video game back in July. It was the Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor - Game of the year edition. The purchase date was July 8th of 2017. I didn't realize at the time but somehow I logged in with the incorrect email address via the Microsoft
    store and purchased it. My Xbox 1 is linked to another email entirely. I wanted to know whether it was possible to transfer that game over to my linked account so I would be able to play it.

    Forza 4 World Tour data transfer

    I am using a USB zip drive 8GB. The other I'm trying to transfer these files over, I have to like start over from scratch.

    Hey there Camaro! How are you trying to transfer the content over, can you walk me through the steps? You can also use a USB device to transfer over your gamesaves, and then you could redownload your purchased content later. Also, make sure you transfer
    your content licenses to the new console as well (http://xbox.com/drm).

    You would have to try contacting support to see if they can cancel the original purchase so you can purchase it on the correct account. Otherwise, nothing can be transferred between accounts. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Alternatively, you could sign in with the account that owns the game, set the console as your Home console, and then be able to access the game on your other account.

    Game won't play unless I'm signed out of Live.

    See if you can borrow or if you have a 3.0 external hardive I think at least a 500 gb and transfer the game over then try it,if it doesnt work try to download it after you transfer it over

    do you still have your game on your xbox one if so try putting it on an external drive and play on your xbox series S that way

    If that did not help try contacting Microsoft account-billing support

    All o the licenses should have transferred over. Only on Xbox.com can you pick and choose which licenses to transfer, but to e sure try playing the game to see if it worked
