    The details for the error code you're getting are:

    69 ​ C00D36CB​ A corrupted Advanced Audio Codec (AAC) audio stream exists in an MP4 file. ​ ​This content can’t be played.

    Have you tried deleting the affected video from your Xbox hard drive or memory unit and re-downloaded it?

    when i try to watch a video i get disconnected from xbox live and then the following message comes up "status code 69-80072AF9"

    Are you trying to watch the Video through the video website, or through the Application on your device.

    If you are trying to use the website, are you up to date with Silverlight and plugins that the Video Player may need. Including Flash.

    i CANT use my video section.

    Sort of the same thing happened to me. Basically when i try to watch a video i get disconnected from xbox live and then the following message comes up "status code 69-80072AF9"
