    Trying to stream to Facebook Live


    I have been playing around with trying to stream for the past 2 days. I want to stream to facebook live and have done so successfully using OBS and the xbox app on my laptop. The issue I run into is the live stream is laggy. It is very choppy. I'm trying
    to get a clean feed for people to watch. I have adjusted the settings for optimal use for FB live but still no change in stream quality. I am not sure if it's my internet speed or the hardware I am using. I am trying to get to stonemountain status for stream
    quality or close to it. Also, I want to get a webcam set up to go along with my stream but am unsure how to get that going with OBS or a similar software. I was using my iphone as a webcam last night using kioni app but it wasn't showing me in my FB live feed.
    I have no issue buying a webcam but figured i might as well use the iphone since I already have it. Anyone have any info on this, google has not been kind on this matter. Any tips on this would be greatly appreciated!

    The problem is your PC. It can't handle the processing it takes to record and transcode video from your xbox. But I'll tell you my work around. Depending on your internet, you need at least 6mb upload. You can stream to Mixer.com from your Xbox. Have OBS
    capture your mixer webpage and stream that to FB. Either way Mixer saves the VOD files so you can download and upload them later.
