Trying to start a service order for my Xbox 360 and I get a 404 error

that’s where I’m getting the error message after clicking on start service order, that’s why I was asking if there was someone that actually works for microsoft I can get in touch with

Yes, I tried to follow the "refund information" link in the order history, but an "error 404" page appears:
