    Trying to sign on to my Microsoft account on minecraft for switch.


    Trying to sign on to my Microsoft account on minecraft for switch. The website that pops up in my switch is not working. I've re-download the game, deleted the save data, I've tried everything. It keeps giving me an error and saying the Xbox live website cannot support the request

    Minecraft logging me out of my Microsoft everytime

    Try deleting minecraft on the switch and make sure your signing in using a microsoft account.

    Usually Microsoft notify the outages via their Twitter account besides the Live Status website shared previously

    But you can receive a notification when the problem is fixed expanding the affected category in the live status website and you should be able to see a button that says "notify me"

    Well I was never notified there was any kind of outtage. So that would have been nice to know before I deleted all my saved data

    This is not the first time I've signed into my Microsoft account for minecraft or Nintendo switch. I have tried multiple wifi connections, and the only error code it gives me is error code 500 and says xbox live cannot complete this request. I am able to log into my Microsoft account on the regular Microsoft website, just doesn't work for the website to connect it to my minecraft for nintendo switch
