    xbox asking for outlook.com email and passwords. we created account with yahoo.comm and don't know how to get that email combo up on the screen to sign in. VERY USER UNFRIENDLY!!!!

    Trying to sign into Xbox Live

    Hello,

    Please try the everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
    times)     in a row    , restart your console (important), download your profile again.

    Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

    See if the above works for you.

    Trying to sign into Xbox Live

    I've been trying to sign into Xbox live for about and hour now. When I go into my game (2k12) it says connection lost. But when I go to test it it says the connection is fine. Please Help!

    Are you trying to sign in on an xbox 360 or are you trying to play a backwards compatible game and having trouble trying to sign into your account through an xbox one?
