Trying to sign into account on Xbox series X, keeps prompting me for an email.

The account was added to the XBOX series S. It was originally on an XBOX One X (Not series).

The original account was an @hotmail.com account.

She was able to successfully log in to the XBOX and her email last Saturday, Mar 18. Prior to that, she was only reconfirming her account information through the consoles security requests every few months.

We were able to use her account last week, since she was able to sign in. We weren't prompted to any security locks either through the console or through an email sign in.

Yes, it is stuck on that prompt when I'm and trying to find the series x. I tried signing out and signing back in on the app and the console. Also tried to restart the console and did a hard reset but no luck. Unless I need to keep restarting?

Message on app: Turn on your console and sign in with your account. I shows my gamertag there under the message.

P.s.. I can't sign in on my series X with this account to play the games that is attached.

It keeps telling me enforcement.xbox?

If it gave you a gamertag attached to the parent account, try signing into that account. It'll prompt you to fix the email. If not, try remaking the email?

If you have factory reset your Xbox One, it will also reset your Xbox Series X. To fix this, you will need to sign in to your Xbox account on your Series X.



Here are the steps to sign into your Xbox account on your Series X:



1. Turn on your Xbox Series X.

2. On the sign-in screen, select "Add new".

3. Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the sign-in process.



Once you have signed into your Xbox account, you should be able to access your games and other content that you had on your Xbox One.
