Trying To Sign In To Minecraft on Another Account, Isnt Working

So I got a new android phone recently and I signed Minecraft Bedrock in to my old account right? I decided to switch it to my more active account that I also played on mobile. This is where the problem arises. So I log out of the Minecraft account and go to Sign In. It tells me to follow the steps, and I press okay. When I press okay to Log In, it immediately signs me into the old account. But the thing is, it won't let me press "Sign in with a different account." When I press it, it just refreshes the screen, and it just shows the same screen with the same account. I've tried multiple methods but I can't figure it out, and I need help. I think this is a bug.

It says that you might be able to do the change by ensuring that the Xbox app on your phone is logged into the account you want to play with, then trying to switch accounts.

Another thing is. I made a new account that works. But when I try to sign into Minecraft it still thinks I'm using the locked account.

Download the xbox app on another device. Sign into it with your microsoft account and then start minecraft and it should work!

In this case, I suggest you to change your account email and password. If your username was changed, probably someone took control of your account and changed it.

Since you can still sign in to it, you did not lost access to your Minecraft purchase. Purchases cannot be unlinked or transferred to another account.

This is probably just a bug or sync issue, since on thursday an offer went live for people who purchased Minecraft for Java or Minecraft for Windows in the past to get the other version free.

Try to uninstall Minecraft Java and the Minecraft Launcher and try to sign in again. If it does not work, try to download the Launcher for Windows 7/8 on the Minecraft website.

If it still does not work, I would recommend you to contact Minecraft support and see if the hacker did something to your account. Only they will be able to help you.

I tried to add my other email to my microsoft account but it says its part of a reserved domain, So i cant add it as an alternative account. So another minecraft player is using my email for their minecraft earth account and thats why i cant use it? When
i sign into minecraft earth i come up as princess.cossign which isnt me but when i play on normal minecraft everything is fine, why is there a problem all of a sudden because of playing minecraft earth? Id like to be able to use my main minecraft account on
minecraft earth and not have it come up as someone i dont knows minecraft account. I dont want my email connected to another minecraft account and i also feel bad for the the other person that they might have lost access to their account because of this mix
up or whatever it is, im so confused... please help!?
