Trying to sign in on xbox for windows.

Do you want to sign in to your fiance's account only on Xbox App? If so, please do this:

- Open the Xbox app.

- Select your gamerpic in the top-right corner, and then select Sign Out.

- Select Sign In.

- Under Use another account, select the Microsoft account that you want to sign in with.

- If prompted, enter the credentials that are associated with that Microsoft account.

If you also want to sign in on Microsoft Account:

- Open Microsoft Store.

- Click the user icon next to the search box in the top-right.

- Click the user account currently signed in.

- Select the account and click Sign out.

- Click the user icon next to the search box in the top-right.

- Click on Sign in.

- If your account isn't available in the list, click Microsoft account.

- Enter your alternate account information you want to use in the Store and click Sign in to complete the task.

Things you could try;

• signing in with the xbox console companion app.
  
• Check for windows updates
• If you haven't already, try restarting the PC.
• You could try running windows troubleshooter for "windows store apps"
• see if you can sign in with a different account, and then switch back
