Trying to setup new xbox one - need HELP!!!

I'd make sure that the Xbox controller on your Xbox you are setting up is either plugged into the console via a Micro-USB cable, or has new batteries in it, and is properly paired to the Xbox Console. There is a tiny button on both the controller and console
where you can make sure they are properly paired. If you do that, you should be able to select A with no problems.

If you're just trying to connect an extra controller here's an article on the setup. Once paired that's all you'll need to do and the second player will be able to use a guest profile or you can make one.

which version of the Xbox are you trying to set up?

I used ur setup and got down to a 1:19.199

I'm assuming you're going with 663hp as removing the restriictors further pushes it up to 728hp. I managed a 1:18.311 with the set up below. I think the key was reducing the downforce to minimum and i also moved the brake balance as it was a bit lively under
heavy braking
