Trying to set up Xbox live

Additional information is needed, please tell me:

Is this happening on Xbox or PC?
If it’s on Xbox, what console do you have?
What happens exactly when you try to use Xbox live servers?
And if you’re receiving an error code please tell me the code

I just had the same problem and battled for 2 hours. All you have to do is retrieve your gamer tag. Hope this helped

Hey there Savvy! Are you saying that this new email was used to log in on Xbox.com? If so, then you may have created a new GT for it accidentally. Try logging in to Xbox.com and see if it shows you a profile there. Let us know, thanks!
