    Is signing back up giving you an error? How did you cancel it in the past? Did you block the transaction via PayPal, or via your
    Microsoft Account Services & Subscriptions page?

    What's your ultimate goal? To sign back up?

    Yes I cancelled the payment through paypal … but they had told me to contact Microsoft . My ultimate goal is to get signed up for X Box Live subscription .

    What is your auto renew set up through?

    Through paypal, you can actually cancel it from the paypal account page.

    Your Credit Card or Debit Card can be cancled from auto renew using your email. Simply go to your account page on Xbox.com and cancel your subscription.
