    Trying to send back my Xbox controller for replacement under warranty.


    I have created an order and received the email but cannot locate the address label print button. When I click on the link in the email, it takes me to my Devices which shows details of the order but nothing about printing a label.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    I am in Australia.

    If your controller is still under warranty send it for a replacement.

    If it is under warranty, you should be able to send it back and get a replacement for free. I would contact support first. If it is under warranty, they should send you a replacement one once they receive the faulty one.

    If it is not under warranty, you could attempt to send it back for repairs, but this may also cost money.

    You will probably need to send it in for repair/replacement if under warranty or simply purchase a new controller. You can try updating the controller and see if it helps but as I stated before it is typically time for repair or replacement.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your controller. Best bet is to send it back for repair or replacement if its still under warranty.. :)
