Kinect adapter for Xbox One S

Hi!

I'm trying to get a Kinect adapter after selling my old Xbox One but keeping the Kinect and buying a new Xbox One S. How can I request the adapter? Everywhere it says "Conctact Microsoft Support" but how? I tried connecting to the chat but it kept me waiting
forever.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Kinect adapter

So when I click the link to get a Kinect Xbox One S adapter on the MS website and follow the links I end up with three options to contact MS, chat, these forums or twitter. I don't have a twitter account and MS never responds to my chat request. So now I
am here, could someone here process my request for the adapter?

I have registered my Xbox One and Xbox Kinect and will shortly get my Xbox One S. I was to know the procedure to order the Xbox One Kinect adapter. Can I make the request here or on another page?

Please follow the steps below to request an adapter from support. Just a heads up that you'll need the serial numbers from your older Xbox One, the Xbox One S and the Xbox One Kinect in order to get a free adapter.

For a limited time, the Kinect Adapter will be available for free to customers who have an existing Xbox One console, an Xbox One Kinect Sensor, and an Xbox One S console. You will need the serial number for all three devices to get the free Xbox Kinect
Adapter. To request your free Kinect Adapter, contact Xbox Support.
