    Trying to renew xbox live Gold 12 month 40% off for $35.99


    I have been trying to renew my xbox live gold member ship which shows on my xbox as 40% off at price of $35.99 .

    but i keep getting an error message

    something happened on our end . waiting a bit might help.

    i have been waiting over 24 hrs and keep getting the same message .

    please help me as i would really like to take advantage of this offer. i will be very disappointed if i miss this deal.

    RRP for 12 month Gold in New Zealand is $79.95. When I first joined Xbox Live was doing a console sale 12M Gold 40% off. This year when I went to renew my 12M Gold in February, JB had a 40% off Xbox Live Gold. It would be interesting to see 50% off. But
    40% is good enough. Pay it and worry about it only once a year and you're all sorted.

    Something went wrong - xbox live gold - $35.99 promotion

    I just saw that there is a 12 month promotion for xbox live gold (12 month) for $35.99.

    When trying to get this promo the xbox returns something went wrong error.

    I tried to contact online support and their answer was to post here.

    Hopefully someone can help me with my question.

    And the cheapest place for an Xbox Live Gold 12 month subscription in the UK at the moment is £40 from AO,

    £10 cheaper than anyone else including Microsoft.

    Renewed mine yesterday.

    Unfortunately, it looks like one of two things happened here. First, the Gold – 40% off 12 Months service(s) up for renewal looks to me like a deal you received when signing up for your last year of Gold. Such deals are not renewable, so although it still
    reads as Gold – 40% off 12 Months service(s), it won't renew at that special price. Second, anytime a deal is offered as a limited time event, there is no way to get access to the deal after the time limit expires, no matter how good the excuse. Sorry mate!

    I found on the Microsoft store two different cards, 1 is a Xbox live 12 month gold membership card and the other one says xbox live Prepaid 12 month gold membership ???? They are both $35.99 I guess I don't know what the differences in them are. It appears
