    Trying to Renew Gold


    Purchased a code from CDKeys for12 month Live sub and the 25 digit code is recognised but when I click on confirm all I get is

    Something went wrong
    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.
    Any ideas?
