    Removing my payment method?

    I am having a problem trying to remove my payment method when i try to remove it it says

    This payment option cannot be removed at this time. Go to the Payment method information page to view services associated with this payment option.
    Can somebody help please!

    Trying to remove payment option

    Payment options cannot be removed while you have a Gold membership. However, phone support may be able to help you and do something about it. It's not a guarantee but it's at least worth a try.

    Removing Payment Options?

    As long as it's attached to an active gold account, you can't remove a payment method.

    You have to call support and have them turn off auto renewal.
