    Trying to register Xbox one online


    Hi, I'm trying to register my new Xbox one, but I can't. The page keeps saying invalid phone number, no matter how I enter it. I live in the UK and have tried putting the international code in there as well. So, I tried to move on to an online chat, I can't!!!!
    It won't let me input my name, it greys out the field, but it's a required field! I'm logged in, it knows my email address but won't let me get any further, the same goes for request a call back!!! This is my last resort, please help!

    Swing through Wild Kingdom - Microsoft Rewards

    The way I was able to get it to register is I went to the rewards app right on the xbox, Highlighted the one that I was trying to get to register. Log in online from there after a couple of tries doing this I was able to get the check marks. I'm just
    waiting for the 10 days one now.

    I have been trying to register my xbox one and it keeps coming up saying that an error occured and my console doesn't register.

    you should try to register your console online at xbox.com. go to support and than go to register an xbox product

    Why can't I play games online? Even though I have ultimate game pass which includes Xbox live?

    For GTA I try to go online and it redirects me to the Microsoft store, than say thare is no available plans, for Forza I can't even click to go online, for Rust it say connect to Xbox live... So it seems my Xbox live it's registering as a new subscription or registering as active.. I've both game pass and Xbox live at one point but Xbox live expire 11/19/22, and I don't have a long enough cord to try by wire either but the connection isn't the issue, because I was on YouTube just all night.

    i am also trying to register my xbox but it is just giving me an error saying "we couldnt register right now, try again later" .....?????
    I'm getting the same issue, and it won't even let me play online with my Xbox Live Gold account.

    Problem redeeming Xbox One codes on Xbox.com

    No error codes. It was redeemed successfully online. However the Xbox One never downloads.

    When I try the same code on the console, it of course says already redeemed. Spoke (Chatted) with a support specialist and they confirmed the code was registered under my ID.
