    Trying to register for Xbox live but console wont recognise my microsoft account


    Hi - I have created an outlook account and an xBox live account/subscription via my PC. However when I try to register via the console for xbox live - it says there is a problem with my microsoft user name and id. I have retried about 30 times!!! This is
    the most painful and worst registration process for any product ever! I then find out that Microsoft don't even offer direct customer support .

    Please can someone help.

    when trying to stream xbox ip address wont be recognised

    hi I am trying to connect a tablet to my xbox one but when I press connect device it can not find the xbox and it asks for the ip address of the console. I put that in but it does not recognise it and wont connect.

    Removing and Xbox Live account from a Microsoft Account

    Hi

    I already have an Xbox live account that is registered to a Microsoft account but I wanted to change the Microsoft account that it is registered to.

    I set up a new Microsoft account but somehow this has now been attached to a new Xbox Live account so I now cannot register it to my old Xbox Live account.

    How can I remove the new Xbox Live account from my new Microsoft account so I can register it to my old Xbox live account?

    Sorry to hear it. It may be that the email or password was mistyped. Please give phone support a call and see if they can confirm the email address for you just in case.

    Also I forgot to mention, trying to replace my accessory online previously did not work as after registering my console it refused to recognise that I had done so meaning every time I got to the checkout screen it would simply redirect me to the 'register
    your console' page - to which I would register again only to be told my console was 'already registered' (I hope that makes sense).
